Plexr Shower (no needles microneedling) is a non-invasive, nano-ablative plasma facial treatment designed to gently resurface the skin, improve tone and texture, and stimulate natural collagen and elastin production. What will treatment be like?
Your skin is cleansed and prepped. Numbing is not necessary. During the treatment, many people feel a warm or tingling sensation. It may feel slightly prickly, but most discomfort is mild. Treatments usually take about 30-45 minutes depending on how large the area is.
After the treatment, many report a sensation like a mild sunburn for the next 24-36 hours.
Will there be downtime?
Downtime is minimal to none. Many people feel comfortable returning to normal daily activities immediately, though redness or slight sensitivity may persist
Mineral-based makeup can often be reapplied after ~24 hours, depending on how the skin feels.
Aftercare typically includes protecting the skin from sun exposure (use sunscreen), avoiding strong exfoliants or active ingredients for several days, gently cleansing, and applying soothing / hydrating products.
